I will help you learn to express yourself assertively, deal effectively with difficult situations, go for that job feeling confident, and more. Together we will look at where you feel you lack confidence. We will identify and rehearse new ways of acting in situations, then during hypnosis we will powerfully anchor new, helpful thoughts and behaviours for you. But there’s more to it than that. Learning not to rate or judge yourself, no matter what happens, is key in this process. Practising letting go of unhelpful thoughts without trying to change them, and taking action despite those uncomfortable feelings, are approaches with evidence of great results and we can work on these together.
